Workforce Productivity (powered by Task Mining) - Increased Scalability
We now support up to 2,500 concurrent users per Task Mining project and on average 6 months of historical data. With this, you can now expand beyond localized pilots and cover multiple teams or even departments.
You can have up to 2,500 concurrent users per Task Mining project and up to approximately 30,000 per realm. Rollouts beyond 2,500 are possible in certain scenarios. If required, please get in touch with us.
The average 6 months of historical data is based on 2,500 users sending a typical amount of Task Mining events daily. The exact technical limitation is a maximum of 1.6 billion events that can be analyzed. So with fewer users data can be analyzed for a proportionally longer historical time frame. For example, with 625 users, you could analyze data for approximately 24 months.
