In a traditional analytical setup, you might spot a problem but lose time communicating it to the right person. The Action Engine bridges that gap:
Proactive intervention: You don't have to wait for someone to check a dashboard. The system detects "Signals" (like a discount about to expire) and alerts the right person immediately.
Reduced manual effort: You can automate the "search" phase of work, allowing your team to focus entirely on the "resolution" phase.
Direct execution: You can trigger actions—like sending an email or updating an ERP record—directly from the Celonis interface, ensuring a seamless flow from insight to results.
Before you begin
Before you dive into configuring your first Skill, ensure you have a solid grasp of these three foundational pillars:
