How was this Signal assigned to me?
The Signal was assigned to you either according to the underlying Routing Rule or another User forwarded the Signal to you.
Underlying Routing Rule: the Signal has been assigned to you since you are responsible for the incidents within this process.
Forwarded by another User: another User forwarded the Signal to you to get support from you within the issue resolution. If the Signal was forwarded to you by another business user, you can see this in the comment history.
In case you can only view the Signal, but are not assigned to it (assignee is one of your colleagues), it is defined in the underlying Routing Rule, that you should be able to view the Signal, but you are not the person responsible to take action for these Signals.
