Open Credit Memo app - object-centric
The Open Credit Memo app gives you an overview of all open, posted credit memos and their age. The open credit memos are sorted by potential realizable value, and the app provides multiple ways to break them down into buckets, such as blocked and non-blocked. You can define the scope for the Action View during app setup, then use it to filter the open credit memos on whether or not they’re relevant to your local users.
With the Open Credit Memo app, you can:
Review credit memos in order of priority according to their impact on working capital and profit and loss.
Identify open invoices for a vendor that can be used to offset a credit memo.
Get a vendor balance analysis to identify vendors in debit.
The app helps you to surface and lose your open credit memos, before they are lost to your business through aging out or being forgotten.
The Open Credit Memo app comes with these views:
Credit Memo (the Action View) - this is the main view that business users can use for their daily tasks, with the tabs Open Credit Memos and Cleared Credit Memos.
Vendor Balance - this view shows all your vendors and their balance, and provides insights into which vendors are in debit, with a total value of open credit memos that exceeds their open invoice value.
Settings - this is a view where you can manage the values of the app’s runtime variables.
This documentation is for the object-centric version of the Open Credit Memo app, which works with objects and events created for object-centric process mining. It uses the perspective_celonis_AccountsPayable perspective that’s supplied with our object-centric data model. The perspective includes the objects, events, and relationships from the object-centric data model that are relevant for the Accounts Payable business process.
For the documentation and setup instructions for the case-centric version of the app, see Open Credit Memo app - case-centric.
