Extractions
Extract all necessary tables and fields
In this step it is necessary to extract the shipment and all associated tables. This is the only way to calculate the reduction of shipping emissions. Therefore, make sure that all tables and columns listed in Appendix A have been extracted.
Overview of the tables which needs to be to be extracted on top of the existing ones:
Tables | Information |
VTTK |
|
VTTP |
|
VTTS |
|
VTSP |
|
T173W |
|
T001W |
|
Note
If some of these tables are missing or empty, it is essential to find an alternative solution to replace them.
For instance, if the VTTS table is absent in the source system, you might consider using the information from the shipment header table (VTTK) and assuming that each shipment has only one shipment stage. In this scenario, the arrival and departure location data must be extracted from other tables, such as using the Incoterms from the delivery level for the arrival point and the plant's location as the departure point. The same applies to the "shipping type" field. For the calculation of the emissions, it is necessary that this information is filled. A possible solution could be to make assumptions based on the shipping route.
If the tables/fields have not yet been completely extracted, please go to the “SAP O2C - Full Extraction” data job and add them at “Extract Tables: SAP Connector (Full Load)”. Then execute this data job after making sure that all necessary tables and columns have been fully configured.
