Data permissions in Insight Explorer
For users running an analysis in Insight Explorer, data permissions are respected. This means you cannot generate insights on data to which you do not have permission. However, data permissions do not restrict users from viewing insights generated by another user. This means it is possible for you to view insights on data to which you do not have permission, including metrics, as long as you have access to the Insight Explorer asset. Data permissions are always respected when viewing insight details.

Your data permissions may cause inconsistencies between the main page and the Insight Details page in Insight Explorer.
