Deductions Leakage app - object-centric
The Deductions Leakage app for Accounts Receivable enables your team to reduce revenue leakage from invalid deductions. The app compares your recoveries and historical write-off decisions against industry benchmarks, and provides monitoring and root cause analysis.
With the Deductions Leakage app, you can:
Get visibility into how your team evaluates deductions, with classification of closed deductions and intelligent flagging of uncoded, at-risk, and small-value open cases.
Analyze the root causes of write-offs and invalid deductions across different dimensions including retailers or customers, geographies, reason codes, and seasonality trends.
The app helps you to avoid write-offs, identify drivers of invalid deduction write-offs, and get transparency on the real costs behind deductions.
The Deductions Leakage app comes with three dashboards:
The Recovery Monitor Dashboard, which classifies your closed deduction cases to show which resulted in recoveries, write-offs, or credits, and enables root cause analysis of write-offs and invalid deductions across different dimensions.
The Open Deductions Dashboard, which provides actionable insights into your open deduction cases, intelligently flagging uncoded, at-risk, and small-value cases to support your operations.
The Small Value Deductions Dashboard, which shows you the data-driven cost of deduction evaluation and gives you transparency on labor productivity losses and unnecessary write-offs.
There’s also a Setup and Validation view that gives you a quick start to configuring the Deductions Leakage app and validating the business logic.
The Deductions Leakage app is exclusively available for object-centric process mining. It uses the Accounts Receivable perspective that’s supplied with our object-centric data model. You’ll need to make some extensions to the Celonis catalog object types and event types for the Accounts Receivable process to support the app.
The Deductions Leakage app is in Limited Availability status. If you are implementing object-centric process mining or plan to, and want to try the app out, talk to your Celonis point of contact.
