Creating an Insight Explorer

Creating an Insight Explorer involves entering a unique name and selecting the Knowledge Model you want to use for your analysis. Once the Insight Explorer has been created, you can configure it by selecting the specific metrics, attributes or event log you want it to analyze.

Prerequisites for creating an Annotation Builder

In order to create your Annotation Builder, you need:

  • Access to the Studio asset containing the data you want to analyze

  • A unique name that does not match any existing Annotation Builder

Creating a new Insight Explorer

To create your new Insight Explorer:

  1. In Studio, navigate to the package where you want to create an Insight Explorer. If you do not have one yet, create a new package containing a Knowledge Model.

  2. In the panel on the left, click New asset and select “Insight Explorer”.

  3. In the Create Insight Explorer window, enter a unique name for your new Insight Explorer and then use the dropdown to select the specific Knowledge Model you want to use to generate insights.

  4. Click Create. Your new Insight Explorer is now added to the package and ready to be configured.
