AI and LLM Settings
The AI Settings page allows Admin users to enable or disable specific AI services, as well as track which service is being used by each tool. The AI Settings screen displays each AI service provider available in the Celonis Platform along with a toggle switch to turn all services from that provider on or off within the platform. Admins can also click the Stop AI Services button in the upper right corner to disable all services currently running.
Before enabling services to use in Celonis, each Admin will be required to accept the “User consent for enabling AI Services” agreement. This agreement will allow Admin users to accept the AI services terms directly within the Celonis Platform. Accepting this agreement will activate these service models within the Celonis Platform and allow users to access all available features.
The AI service providers tab displays each service provider available in the Celonis Platform along with a toggle switch to turn the services from that provider on or off. If services are not enabled, then products such as Process Copilot or Annotation Builder will not be able to access these AI services when performing tasks. Admins will also be able to click the Stop AI Services button in the upper right corner to disable all services currently running.
Note
Users will be asked for confirmation when enabling or disabling any service.
Admins will also be able to click on a service provider to expand and view the individual AI models available from that provider. Expanding a provider allows users to enable or disable the individual services within the Celonis Platform.
The AI asset usage list tab will allow users to see a list of AI products, where they are used, and which services they are using. From this tab, Admins will be able to disable individual AI assets, such as if an asset is consuming too much of the allocated resources.
Admin users will be able to monitor the usage by each asset on the Detailed consumption screen by clicking the “See consumption details” link in the upper right corner. This screen shows an overview of total consumption by AI service providers and a table that breaks down the usage by individual assets. Clicking on a service provider in the chart will filter the table to show consumption by assets utilizing the selected service.
