Routing Rule configuration
The routing rule specifies which Signals are forwarded to which business users. For a detailed description, see the Routing Rules section.
Within the Routing Rule configuration of the Skill, the Action Engine Analyst can either choose an existing routing rule referring to the data model of the last step in the Signal tab or create a new one.
Multiple-step Skill
Note that when setting up a multiple-step Skill, the Routing Rule refers to the data model of the last step.
