Prerequisites for the object-centric Deductions Leakage app
Before you set up the object-centric version of the Deductions Leakage app, you’ll need to enable and configure the Accounts Receivable process from the Celonis catalog. Load the object-centric data model with your data, and validate that it’s all working in the standard Accounts Receivable perspective. Then publish it to the production environment.
To support the Deductions Leakage app, you’ll need to extend the Celonis object type CustomerAccountDebitItem with additional attributes, and create extension scripts in its transformation to handle the new attributes and reason code changes. You’ll also need to create an overwrite for the Celonis event type ChangeCustomerAccountDebitItem to include extra event logs for reason code changes. The object type and event type are already in the standard perspective for the Accounts Receivable process, so you don’t need to make any changes to that. When you select Request access for the app on the Celonis Marketplace, we’ll provide a step-by-step guide for you to extend the Celonis catalog items.
For the steps to connect a source system to the OCPM Data Pool and create objects and events from your data, see Quickstart: Extract and transform your data into objects and events.
For instructions to work with perspectives, see Using objects and events for process mining.
