Data Pool Set Up: Import / Export Connection
Within the Purchase-to-Pay Data Model, the "Data Transfer between Data Pools" feature is used to access the already transformed data from the O2C, P2P, MM, and PP data pools. In order to access that data, you need to do the following:
Navigate to the respective data pool (eg. P2P).
Click on the Export button at the bottom of the left side panel (if the button is not visible this feature might not be enabled).
You will be transferred to the Export Data Connection page, where you can then click the Export Data Connection button.
You can then select the "Purchase to Pay Pool" as the desired pool for data export, or alternatively select all pools if you wish for the data to be used elsewhere.
Navigate to the Purchase-to-Pay Pool.
Select the Import button at the bottom of the left panel.
Import the connections you just exported in the previous steps.
Synchronize each of the connections after importing them like the screenshot below:
