Creating a new Process Orchestration

This feature is currently available as a Private Preview only

During a Private Preview, only customers who have agreed to our Private Preview usage agreements can access this feature. Additionally, the features documented here are subject to change and / or cancellation, so they may not be available to all users in future.

To create a new Process Orchestration:

  1. In your Celonis Platform package, click New asset > Create Process Orchestration.

  2. Give your new Process Orchestration a name.

  3. Select one of the following triggers you want to use in the Process Orchestration:

    • Event: select an event from the list of events in your team. If you have a large number of events, you can search by event name.

    • Action Flow: use Action Flow as triggers by adding event type completion to any Action Flow and choose this event as a starting event of the Process.

  4. After choosing the “Start a Process” or “Resume a Process” step, add the process step that you want to perform.

    Each process step is made of a single or multiple Action Flows. Every scenario that should be used in a process step must start with a dpInstanceIdinput and have the Completion Event module.

  5. When your done configuring your Process Orchestration, click Save.

  6. Publish your configuration.

  7. Activate the Process Orchestration using the toggle.
