Transformation Hub in Views
The Transformation Hub in Views app is built on a centralized data model created by the KPI Snapshot Service. This feature must be activated first before you install the TH in Views app. See the KPI Snapshots documentation for instructions. Once the KPI snapshots are set up, the next step is to complete the installation and configuration of the Transformation Hub in Views app.
Users can monitor overall performance and track progress against goals. Key components include:
High-level KPIs: View "Value Realized" and "Framed Value per Year" across all opportunities.
Development Chart: Track the progress of value realized in the current year.
Drilldown Chart: Compare value realized across dimensions like Department, Region, or Process.
Users can access detailed views for specific opportunities (Rate-based, Action-based, or Non-monetary) to analyze:
Detailed Tracked Data: View exact data logged over time.
KPI Development: Analyze trends in volume, rates, or action impacts.
Use Case Details: Review the value calculation formulas and notes.
The intended user for the Transformation Hub in Views app depends on the maturity of the implementation and the project type:
Admin Workbench: Used by the Center of Excellence or Process Owners for managing and configuring opportunities.
Value Tracking Overview: Provides a global perspective for Executive Sponsors and CoE leads.
Opportunity Deep Dives: Allows opportunity owners to perform granular health checks.
